THE FIRM'S PROFILE
Walter, the firm’s founder, was born on November 8, 1959 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986. He is a member of the Federal Bars of the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern District of Florida. In 1988 he was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Walter graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He attended Boston College Law School where he was a staff writer for the Boston College Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest. While at Boston College, he worked in the Enforcement Division of the Justice Department, Securities and Exchange Commission. He has been in private practice since 1986 focusing on major felony offenses in federal and state Court. Mr. Reynoso has been admitted Pro Hoc Vice in the following United States District Courts: California, Florida, Georgia; Indiana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Puerto Rico, and Virginia. Throughout his career, he has represented high-profile cases including politicians, attorneys and lead defendants in major felony, drug and money-laundering cases.
Lillian was born on June 23, 1957 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995. She is also a member of the Federal Bar in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Lillian graduated Magma Cum Laude from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia in 1990 and received her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education. She attended Florida State University College of Law where she had the distinct privilege of being a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Anstead with the Florida Supreme Court. While at Florida State, she also worked in the felony division of the State Attorney’s Office, Leon County, Second Judicial Circuit. She graduated from law school with High Honors. She was appointed to the Juvenile Rules Committee of the Florida Bar in 1999. Lillian handles State and Federal - criminal and civil forfeiture cases; state criminal cases and represents juveniles in all criminal/delinquency matters.
Luis was born on March 22, 1969 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004. He joined the firm in 2000 and served as the Firm’s Administrator. He received his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas Law School. He has extensive experience in developing legal analysis and exploring all legal defenses. His areas of practice include felonies, misdemeanors, domestic violence injunctions, DUI offenses, violations of probation, complex investigations, and juvenile offenses/delinquencies.
